HireLedger is offline-first your data lives on your device. You can back up or restore anytime, and encrypted cloud sync is optional (via your own Drive).
Analytics are fully optional. If you opt in, we collect anonymous usage data to understand which features to improve. No personal or job data is ever transmitted or stored remotely.
HireLedger is a desktop app built with Electron, available for macOS, Windows, and Linux.
No account required. Everything works locally. You can license the app once and start tracking immediately no lock-ins, no cloud dependency.
Yes. You can export your database manually or enable optional encrypted sync for $2/month. Backups are encrypted client-side before upload only you can decrypt them.
Early adopters pay a one-time $12.99 license. Later versions will be $20–50 depending on features. More on roadmap.
